Hi Nina, we do have Lables 4 but it is not showing in the inventory yet. When the orders come in we pull back orders before we add them into inventory. We are updating the inventory to reflect the Labels 4 right now so you should be able to order it. Ribbon Tags Trio is SOLD OUT!!! It is a super popular set and we can't seem to get some.
