I think the background ended looking a little messy.. LOL!! I used Bella Blvd Sophisticates Notes & Sweet Celebration Birthday sets to create the card.
Inks : Memento Markers (cake), Memento Summer Sky, New Sprout, Versamagic Jumbo Java (background). Happy Birthday sentiment was coloured with Copics (BG000 & YG00)
Added some i-rock crystals to the cake & tag.
