Journal Cover

Used Suzi Blu, part colored with Copics, part paper-peiced. I didn't Podge over her because I like the shiny Cryogen paper I use with Copics. Used some ippity stamps, ribbon, rub-on from stash. Made the buckle on my Silhouette.
