Adding Music to a Blog

I have been doing some major blog hopping and have saved many as favorites. Some really amazing folks in this group! Music is a really nice addition to your blog. I have met with great frustration when trying to get it on my blog. My blog is through Typepad and they give great tutorials but I cannot seem to locate the actual widgets for my blog. Any of you have some suggestions for an apparently technically challenged person?!

While I love music, please be sure that your music doesn't come on as soon as your blog loads. I am usually playing my own music and it can be annoying if I have to turn it off to view a blog.

I use playlist.com to put music on my blog. I know it works with Blogger, I am not sure about Typepad.

Hi Dani: Thanks for the info. I was trying to work with iLike. For whatever reason, when I went back to that site the next time, it took everything. So, I have music but you have to click on it and it gives you just the flavor of my favs. Not what I had in mind originally but after reading your comment, may be that's okay! Thanks for responding. I have not heard of iLike, I will have to look into it.

I checked out your blog, It looks great! I LOVE your workspace. I wish I had a room with a nice view like that to work in!
